Yearning for the Promised One

Over the next few weeks we're going to be exploring some of the great Old Testament promises that speak of one who was coming. One who was so sorely needed. For this is the only one who really knows the beginning from the end. The only one who's been there through every generation, faithfully calling, leading and loving his own through every trial and challenge. The only one who not only knows tomorrow and next week, but holds them in his hands. 

We're going to be exploring the promise that there really is one whom each of can look to, rest upon, trust and follow in this season. He is the greatest expert of all: the one From Ancient Days. And his name, of course, is Jesus.
